We are taking traditional up a few notches and more. Because we believe tradition is never lost if it's passed down through the generations of love and cooking. Started from one pie with one flavor and now carefuly and lovingly constructed to five unique flavors bursting with the essence of Bolivia and its culture. We hand select and hand ground all our own meat, carefully measure our spices, and oven baked our pies just so we can share with you and your family a piece of our hearts. 

SPICY BEEF

Hand selected and trimmed, we ground our own beef for the best possible quaility. Slowly simmered in our special blend of spices but with an extra kick of chili pepper for those with daring palates. Combined with potatoes, carmelized onions, and surrounded by a thick beef sauce, this little bad boy is a kick up from our classic beef Saltena.

Antibiotic and horomon free chicken breast only, hand ground from our finest choice selections. Slowly simmered with our special blend of spices but with an extra kick of chili pepper for those with daring palates. Combined with potatoes, carmelized onions, and surrounded by a thick chicken sauce, this little bomb of flavor is a kick up from our classic chicken Saltena.

REGULAR BEEF

Our famous classic hand ground beef slow clooked and simmered in our beloved blend of spices. Filled to the brim with potatoes, carmelized onions, and our saucy beef broth. All contained and stitched in our light and crispy dough that is oven baked to perfection. 

REGULAR CHICKEN

The original premium selected chicken breast, slow clooked and simmered in our beloved blend of spices. Filled to the brim with potatoes, carmelized onions, and our saucy chicken broth. All contained and stitched in our light and crispy dough that is oven baked to perfection. A popular favorite with our regulars!

VEGAN

Carefully crafted from all vegan ingredients and prepared to be full of flavor and bursting with goodness. Young jackfruit, potatoes, carmelized onions, and vegetable broth is the foundation of our popular vegan pies. We do not skimp on flavor simple because it's vegan, if anything, we worked harder on it!
